Position Summary

This role is part of the CCS Dashboarding & Insights and takes the lead on technology projects, data management and reporting. The position will focus on partnering with IT to develop and administer an internal data infrastructure, system processes and front-end applications. The applications enable CCS teams by providing access to data and reports required to monitor and manage CCS operations.

Job Responsibilities

·       Work closely with CCS teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions: processes and/or applications.

·       Manage end-to-end project delivery for assigned projects – gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deliver.

·       Guide cross functional members with design and development of applications.

·       Assist CCS teams in the navigation of the data infrastructure, applications, and data relationships.

·       Partner with IT Teams to develop and maintain a data infrastructure comprising internal, external, and transformed data.

·       Develop and maintain web and data applications tailored to the needs of CCS.

·       Work with internal and external data sources. Data sources include applications and CCS data warehouse hosted in Snowflake / MSI.

·       Identify and implement process improvements with appropriate technology solutions.

·       Partner with IT Teams to monitor system processes to ensure jobs are processed, data is refreshed, and reports are available for the business teams in a timely manner.

·       Work within a business/technology Product Team construct, using agile and waterfall project methodologies.

·       Maintain strong partnerships through engagement with CCS teams.

·       Be a trusted advisor through the development of relationships with internal partners within UCC Contact Center, Information Technology, Finance, and Data Services.  Provide these groups with data and applications capabilities.

·       Coordination with Technology teams on projects that are ongoing for better alignment and speed for resolution. Serve as liaison between CCS and technology teams to ensure alignment. Translate technology to CCS teams.

·       Mentor cross functional partners on technical aspects and project delivery.

Qualifications

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, information technology, data analytics or a related field.

·       Proven experience in data analysis, software development, and application engineering.

·       Experience in Retail Call Centers a plus

·       3-5+ years of experience in programming and application development

·       Experience in project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery/Proven Project Management Skills

·       Experience in working with databases and SQL scripting required.

·       Experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes a required.

·       Experience in data visualization tools required.

·       Experience in Visual Basic Application (MS Access, Excel, Outlook) programming required.

·       Experience in Salesforce a plus

·       Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript a plus

·       Experience in C#, Angular and .NET a plus

·       Experience in Python programming a plus

·       Self-motivated / self-directed with strong sense of initiative to make independent decisions.
