Job Title: Specialist, Visual Merchandising

Your Role

The Visual Merchandising Specialist supports the execution of seasonal floor set planning, execution, and visual merchandising initiatives. This role is responsible for managing product pulls & organization, mock store set-ups & maintaining accurate 2D product CAD libraries. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, & Sample Library teams to aid the creation of compelling in-store presentations. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, along with strong adaptability, flexibility and excellent verbal communication skills.

Your Impact

  • Manage seasonal product pulls to support the floor set calendar and mock store, & design space including live tickets, samples, and 2D CADs. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and visual partners to streamline floor set planning and product pull processes. 

  • Ensure product pulls align with merchant assortment decks and flag late deliveries for leadership review. 

  • Apply knowledge of product tiering and highlight tiering in the mock store for leadership visibility. 

  • Create and maintain a 2D seasonal product library, ensuring CADs are organized, accurate, and high-quality for visual renderings. 

  • Partner closely with the Visual Merchandising team to deliver high-quality 2D work, including CAD accuracy and seasonal renderings. 

  • Partner with Visual, Creative, Merchant, and Marketing teams to support seasonal mock store setups. 

  • Oversee product and marketing organization within the mock store. 

  • Support setup, fixture blocking, and teardown of seasonal floor sets as needed. 

  • Manage and execute visual projects according to department calendar timelines. 

  • Conduct periodic store visits (local and domestic) to stay connected with the brand and customer experience. 

  • Demonstrate strong leadership with peers and upward management. 

  • Exhibit strong project management skills—planning, multitasking, prioritizing, and organizing effectively.

Salaire Minimum : $58,000.00
Salaire Maximal : $76,125.00

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. 

  • 1–3 years of experience managing, executing, and presenting merchandising or marketing strategies. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and adapt quickly. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Solid understanding of product and marketing strategies. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
