Position Title: Security Analyst – Cybersecurity Awareness and Training
Your Role
The Security Analyst – Cybersecurity Awareness and Training works within the Cybersecurity function in Information Technology. This role will continue to deliver on our Enterprise Cybersecurity training, as well as take a lead role in expanding the program to provide for more role-based trainings and to cover the increased sophistication of attack techniques and new AI technologies being used by cyber threat actors. Expansion of our Cybersecurity training is a leadership priority; this role will have high visibility and exposure across technical and business functions

Your Impact

Design and execute monthly phishing campaigns, both for the general population of users and for targeted groups across the business.

Assist with planning and organizing enterprise-wide cybersecurity training programs.

Assist with creation of engaging awareness campaigns and communications to promote secure behaviors, partnering across business and technology teams as needed.

Assist in evaluation of new technologies to advance our program’s capabilities to deliver the right training, to the right people, at the right times.

Develop and maintain metrics for assessing effectiveness of training efforts and establishing compliance obligations have been met (e.g., PCI DSS, CIS Top 18, HIPAA, etc.)

Assist with developing annual cybersecurity awareness and training plans as well as longer term strategic roadmap.

Salaire Minimum : $74,500.00
Salaire Maximal : $99,750.00

Your Experience

3+ years related experience in Enterprise training, communications, and/or information security fields

Bachelor’s Degree
-
Prefer experience working with common Enterprise phishing campaign software platforms, such as Proofpoint, Adaptive Security, KnowBe4, Cofense, etc.

Must exhibit a passion for teaching others about cybersecurity and developing a security culture

Must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
