Your Impact
• Design, develop and execute transportation strategies for store operations.
• Serves as subject matter expert regarding delivery agent and parcel operations, on time
• delivery performance, shipment visibility, and offsite management system (OMS)
• Maintain oversight of OMS program including store selection and capacity analysis, volume
• projections, securing capacity, divert schedule, service levels, incremental deliveries, vendor
• performance, monitoring store in-stock ratios, and ordering platform maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining Shipment Visibility technology to ensure correct data is
• provided to stores for accurate labor planning.
• Develop, analyze, and publish on time delivery reporting to identify performance trends and
• gaps.
• Leverage data analytics to identify performance opportunities to develop action plans in
• partnership with cross functional teams to improve delivery experience for stores.
• Collaborate with transportation team to share store delivery feedback, influence delivery
• frequency, delivery windows, and seasonality to support business needs.
• Become an industry expert to develop innovative solutions aimed to reduce complexity in
• stores and streamline flow of goods from distribution to stores.
• Responsible to identify eligible stores, rollout strategy and sustainment of value-added
• service implementation (Unassisted Delivery program, Order Management System, Reverse
• Logistics, etc.) in alignment with AP and transportation partners.
• Supports coordination of ad hoc delivery requests
• Responsible for creating the communication strategy and educational materials for field
• leadership and store teams as it relates to delivery initiatives.
• Evaluate and update delivery processes and tools to gain efficiencies and productivity.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on various operational projects & high velocity events.
• Acts as an advocate for the field organization on transportation initiatives to impacting to
• stores, articulate requirements, and create implementation plans.
• Educates and trains field leaders and cross-functional partners to drive consistent
• understand of shipment visibility, logic, and proper ways to leverage for labor planning.
• Advises the cross functional teams that supports, three Processing Center Managers in
• everyday operations (New Jersey, Las Vegas and Miami), technology, business analysis and
• logistics.
• Collaborates with AP and transportation to support efficient movement of product between
• processing centers and stores.
• Supports cross functional project work as necessary.

Salaire Minimum : $74,500.00
Salaire Maximal : $99,750.00

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3- 5 years specialty retail and/ or store operations experience preferred
• Ability to travel/spend 15-20 days per quarter in stores as needed
• Proven ability to successfully multi-task projects of various size and scope with a high degree
• of attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Proven ability for continuous improvement and innovation
• Strong written and oral communications
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence business partners
• High degree of emotional intelligence; values-based leader
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
