Position Title: Security Engineer, IDAM Operations

Your Role

The Security Engineer supports the Cybersecurity mission of protecting and securing customer, associate, and shareholder’s most valuable information. Accountable for process and tool changes, owns inventory of rules (maintain and vet/update) and reviews and certifies the detective rules for production. Responsible for user provisioning, automation and maturation of IAM processes and tooling, support of access certifications efforts and campaigns, and risk mitigation. Additionally, the Security Engineer provides support for any audit activities requested through input and recommendations for people, process and tool changes.

Your Impact

  • Queue management, user access provisioning, analysis and remediation of user access issues.

  • Ability to manage and support complex application account provisioning (SAP, MSI, PKMS, etc.).

  • Works with senior engineers to assist onboarding new business provisioning functions until operational.

  • Works with business users to understand needs and define security and access administration requirements.

  • Automate complex application account provisioning and access management activities, including developing scripts/workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance tool capabilities.

  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.

  • Generate various IAM reports based on audit requirements using APIs/scripts/SDKs.

  • Cross-team collaboration with enterprise partners/teams.

  • Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices.

Salaire Minimum : $74,500.00
Salaire Maximal : $99,750.00

Qualifications

 

Your Experience

  • Experience in identity and access administration, global operations and/or technology risk.

  • Ability to work independently and learn new concepts quickly.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Proven track record in identifying and resolving moderate to complex technical problems and processes and clearly communicate to technical staff when escalating issues.

  • Ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical partners.

  • Process oriented and logical mind that can help shape new and improve existing processes.

  • Ability to assess/evaluate/prioritize risk.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Security, or 3+ years related technology experience.
