Your Role

As we expand our footprint in the beauty space, we are seeking a creative and trend-fluent Manager of Innovation to support the discovery and development of next-generation products and trends within our Beauty Division.

The Manager of Innovation for Victoria’s Secret Beauty will play a critical role in tracking, identifying, researching, and supporting the validation of breakthrough beauty and fragrance concepts that will shape the future of the brand. This role sits at the intersection of trend-forecasting, consumer insights, brand strategy, and innovation pipeline development. The ideal candidate is a curious trend-spotter, consumer-first thinker, and collaborative partner who can translate emerging insights into meaningful product and fragrance opportunities.

Your Impact

·        Partner with the Director of Innovation to monitor and analyze current and emerging trends in beauty and fragrance across global markets, with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram, and other trend-driving platforms.

·        Conduct research to identify whitespace opportunities in the beauty category, including new formats, usage occasions, and consumer benefits.

·        Support the development of innovation strategy, including competitive mapping, category benchmarking, and performance tracking of new launches.

·        Track and analyze internal and external product launches to capture learnings, identify gaps, and inform future concepting.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Design, Packaging, Merchandising, and PFD—to support the creation of product briefs and ensure concepts align with brand expectations and feasibility.

·        Assist in consumer insight research, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.

·        Develop and maintain quarterly product and trend reports informed by social listening, influencer content, and industry events.

·        Prepare presentations, concept boards, and research reports to effectively communicate opportunities and recommendations.

·        Represent the innovation team at select industry events and share insights with the broader team.

Salaire Minimum : $126,700.00
Salaire Maximal : $172,935.00

Qualifications

Your Experience

·        3–5+ years of experience in beauty, fashion, consumer lifestyle, or trend-focused roles (innovation, product development, brand marketing, or trend research preferred).

·        Strong understanding of beauty and fragrance category dynamics, consumer behavior, and market trends.

·        Familiarity with launch tracking, competitive analysis, and performance reporting.

·        Ability to connect cultural insights with brand strategy and translate into tangible product ideas.

·        Motivated self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational and communication skills.

·        Proficiency in research methods (social listening, desk research, consumer insights) and polished presenting skill set

·        Passion for beauty, creativity, and consumer-centric innovation.

·        Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and research immersion.
