·       A technical education in garment fit and construction to degree level or equivalent work experience.

·       Minimum 10 years of experience working in commercial sewing atelier with a focus on intimates

·       Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of sewers.

·       Prior experience with intimates categories is required.

·       Prior experience with shapewear, sport, and apparel categories is a plus.

·       Proficiency in operating various sewing machines, including industrial sewing machines, and knowledge of different stitch types

·       Ability to perform delicate hand-stitching techniques when required.

·       Expert knowledge of pattern drafting techniques, proficiency in CAD software, ability to accurately measure and calculate garment dimensions.

·       Strong understanding of garment construction, fit principles, and design elements.

·       Meticulous focus on precise measurements, accurate fabric placement, and high-quality finishing.

·       Ability to identify and resolve fit issues during pattern development and sample making.
