Requirements Include: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study, and 5 years of experience, including  5 years of experience with HR and Total Rewards business processes, tasks, and underlying table structures; 5 years of experience working with large-scale organizations in total rewards in multiple countries; 5 years of experience evaluating business processes and related process re-engineering steps; 5 years of experience developing and supporting HCM technology for functional business areas; 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM expertise in Absence, Compensation, and Benefits modules; 5 years of experience translating complex business and legal requirements into technical solutions for payroll tax, payroll operations, absence plans, and stock and incentive compensation plans; and 5 years of experience with a deep understanding of payroll processes related to stock, tax, and incentive compensation to ensure accurate calculations within integrations. Remote Work Available. Telecommuting required – employee may live anywhere in the United States.
