Your Role 

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) on the Brand Victoria’s Secret Financial Planning & Analysis team will be responsible for forecasting sales and margin for the North America (“NA”) Victoria’s Secret Stores channel which requires synthesis of complex data to accurately project sales, margin, and other relevant store KPIs at the daily and weekly level ultimately supporting financial planning and operational labor planning.  This role is responsible for mining for detailed insights to turn into actions while working closely with cross-functional partners to influence decision making on a day-to-day basis.  In addition, the position is expected to perform ad hoc analysis on a regular basis, assist in special projects, support the development of presentation materials for executive leadership, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements.

Your Impact  

• Analysis of Retail Metrics including traffic, transactions, conversion, and unit sales across various attributions (store type, volume band, region, etc.)
• Develop financial models and reports that are dynamic and accurate while clearly presenting key findings and assumptions to executive leadership
• Prepare management reporting, as well as financial analysis and recommendations, related to NA Stores financial and operational decision making
• Display strong communication and high levels of agility, with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Interact confidently with peers, business partners, and leaders, including influencing and the ability to lead discussions (presentations)
• Independently solve problems
• Utilize large-scale financial and reporting systems (MSI, SAP, etc.)
