Your Role
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) on the Brand Victoria’s Secret Financial Planning & Analysis team will be responsible for forecasting sales and margin for the North America (“NA”) Victoria’s Secret Stores channel which requires synthesis of complex data to accurately project sales, margin, and other relevant store KPIs at the daily and weekly level ultimately supporting financial planning and operational labor planning. This role is responsible for mining for detailed insights to turn into actions while working closely with cross-functional partners to influence decision making on a day-to-day basis. In addition, the position is expected to perform ad hoc analysis on a regular basis, assist in special projects, support the development of presentation materials for executive leadership, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements.

Your Impact
- Analysis of Retail Metrics including traffic, transactions, conversion, and unit sales across various attributions (store type, volume band, region, etc.)
- Develop financial models and reports that are dynamic and accurate while clearly presenting key findings and assumptions to executive leadership
- Prepare management reporting, as well as financial analysis and recommendations, related to NA Stores financial and operational decision making
- Display strong communication and high levels of agility, with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Interact confidently with peers, business partners, and leaders, including influencing and the ability to lead discussions (presentations)
- Independently solve problems
- Utilize large-scale financial and reporting systems (MSI, SAP, etc.)

Minimum Salary : $82,500.00
Maximum Salary : $112,665.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Advanced degree, CPA or MBA an asset but not required
- Four plus years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience; retail experience preferred
- Leadership skills and strong interest in advancement
- Positive, “can-do” attitude
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts; P&L management experience a plus
- The ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment requiring intellectual stamina
- A strong ability to work in teams and to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent Microsoft Excel capabilities and strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data warehouse systems is a plus
- The ability to interpret data, “stress test” financial excel models, and summarize key information
- The maturity and self-confidence to work with senior executives
- Excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills
